Gabríel Ólafs is a 20 year old pianist and composer from Kópavogur, Iceland.His music can be described as neoclassical with strings and percussive elements; featuring interesting recording styles of piano melodies and minimalist chord progressions. His music holds strong resemblance to film scores in it’s goal to evoke emotions among listeners. Beginning his piano lessons at age 5, and getting accepted into one of the most prestigious music schools in Iceland at age 12
